I have to move forward...

OKAY.. Well, eventhough I didnt receive these items myself because of a call I had to take during the awarding ceremony .. I am super duper happy :)

This is my first top agent award (Month of July) - after crazily handling pure calls about recall washer, dehumidifier and being a support for an airconditioning unit ;)
